A very warm welcome to Cowley Academy.

As Head of School at Cowley Academy, I feel immensely privileged to have been given the opportunity to take the school forward into a new, positive era. I am excited to lead the school community forward supported by Mrs Conley, SLAT Chief Executive Officer and the South Lincolnshire Academies Trust Team.

We want Cowley students to enter the world beyond compulsory education happy, healthy, employable and with a positive view of the world. We achieve this with an unwavering focus on academic excellence, and unapologetically high expectations of student behaviour and engagement.

Students are encouraged to aim high in their learning, academic success and personal development. We firmly believe that students learn best in a safe, happy, and supportive environment.

We pride ourselves on our school ethos of Aspire, Challenge and Achieve. At Cowley Academy we believe in an inclusive environment where students are treated equally and with mutual respect.
